How do I set up my owner portal?
1. Register for PakExchange.
2. Enter the requested verification information.
2. Create your secure login credentials from the link in the welcome e-mail.
3. Once GulfTex reviews your request and accepts the connection, you will be able to see prior owner statements and submit ACH enrollment.
Do you offer Direct Deposit?
While direct deposit is not yet active, you can get ahead by securely adding your banking information now. This will allow us to begin direct deposit payments as soon as the feature is launched in the coming months.
1. Create an account on PakExchange.
2. Once logged in, navigate to “ACH”.
3. Click “Create New”.
4. Enter your bank information.
5. Upload a voided check for the account and Save.
Why was my payment less this month than the month before?
A well's production will fluctuate daily as well as decline over time. Those factors, coupled with commodity prices, often result in check amounts being reduced each month.
How much will my check be?
Amounts can vary due to many factors including well production and commodity pricing. If you have received a check and have a question, please reach out to us directly.
I have not received a Division Order yet, why?
Please call our Land Department at (210) 402-9600 or e-mail ownerrelations@gulftexenergy.com to confirm the address on the Division Order.
When are checks sent?
Checks are usually sent between the 20th and the 25th of each month.
I am selling / bought some minerals / royalty what do I need to do?
Please send a recorded copy from the courthouse of the document used to buy/sell the minerals/royalty to our Land Department at:
